There are a few simple steps to help you get going.

Virtual One-on-One sessions:

  • Are 45-minute Zoom video sessions (alternates available) with me.

  • Provide you with personalized and more in-depth Shift Fitness coaching outside of the gym.

  • Analyze form and technique while guiding you through personalized workouts.

  • Answer questions and discuss other topics such as nutrition.

Step 1

Virtual One-on-One Coaching

After purchasing, you will receive an email from me with information to schedule your first session. You can also email daniel@shift-fitness.com or call 858-210-5975.


Step 2

Take not of your available workout space and equipment available to you, if any. Mobile devices can be used for sessions, but desktop laptops or computers with cameras are preferred for quality & performance.


Step 3

Get a great workout from almost anywhere!
